Soft-Seed Pomegranate · China
Naturally sweet and juicy goodness of Soft-Seed Pomegranates from China, a delightful variety with origins in Tunisia.
Originally introduced from Tunisia to China in 1986, this distinctive variety has since been cultivated and adapted to China's growing conditions. Prized for its naturally sweet flavour, ruby-red arils and exceptionally tender, edible seeds, it offers a more enjoyable eating experience than traditional pomegranates with firmer seeds.
Bursting with refreshing sweetness, these juicy pomegranates are perfect for enjoying fresh, adding to salads or bringing a colourful touch to your everyday meals.

Storage & Enjoyment
Storage & Enjoyment
Keeping Them Fresh
Store whole pomegranates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for short-term storage. For longer freshness, keep them refrigerated. Once opened, transfer the arils into a clean, airtight container and refrigerate. Enjoy within 3–4 days for the best quality.
Before Enjoying
Rinse the outer skin under running water before cutting. Gently score the skin and separate the fruit into sections to release the juicy arils. The softer seeds can be enjoyed together with the surrounding arils.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy fresh on their own, sprinkle over breakfast bowls or salads, or add to yoghurt alternatives and chia pudding for a naturally sweet, colourful finish.
