DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY

Yu Taie Trading Company do offer LOCAL delivery by our appointed logistics partner(s). 

All orders will be processed for pick-up once payment has been made and verified by us. Your orders will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days not including any pre-orders. 

There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

The delivery and scheduling of your orders will be determined by our appointed logistics service partner(s), and we do not provide specific delivery time slots due to the delivery routing, and delivery load. For any specific delivery time slot(s), a fee of $25.00 is applicable.

All deliveries will be tracked, and you will be notified of your order’s estimated arrival / arrival via messaging to the contact number / email you have provided on the submitted order.

Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons, weather and traffic condition. 

APPLICABLE DELIVERY FEE(S)

Delivery is complimentary with a minimum spend of $80.00, otherwise, $15.00 is applicable for (not including Sentosa and Tuas) to ONE location only.

For any specific delivery time slot(s), a fee of $25.00 is applicable.

Delivery to Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island

Complimentary Delivery service(s) do not apply to Sentosa and Tuas, instead, a delivery fee of $25.00 is applicable, in the case it is not reflected on your submitted order, our customer service personnel will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Multiple delivery locations

For multiple delivery locations, please submit an order per location with a minimum spend of $80.00. Delivery fee for multiple delivery locations per order is at $12.00 per location. 

Change of delivery location

Should there be any sudden change of location one day before or when the order has been dispatched, a surcharge of $30.00 will be applicable.
