A clean diet consists of fresh veggies, fruits and foods that are free of nasties, topped with a moderation in consumption for better well-being.
What is so special about Yu Taie?

We are curators and developers of clean foods, internationally certified in our own specialisation (fresh produce & plant based foods). 

As what Steve Jobs said, "It takes a lot of work to make something simple." 

With experience and specialty, we make it easier for you with a selection of foods / drinks with no nasties. 

We carry 90% SG brand. Ain't that awesome? 

Each selected product has gone through a stringent checklist for their nutritional value, ingredients, manufacturing process & agricultural practices.

For our in-house products, they are developed by certified persons experienced and skilled in functional foods and nutrition.

Do you have a brick and mortar retail shop?

Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar retail shop, we do have pop-ups at offices and occasionally, we do appear at public events too.  


Recently, we have launched a series of workshops. 

With an online store, we are making it easier for customers to have access to browse and purchase 24/7, any time, any day at the ease of your own schedule.

How can I view the catalogue of available products?

Our catalogue of products are available here. Remember to log in before any purchases to earn points!

Free delivery is applicable for a minimum spend of $50.00 via our e-store. 

I am not a member, can I still make a purchase? 

Yes. However, you will not be able to collect points and enjoy the perks. 

 

What sort of benefits can I enjoy as a Yu Taie member?

  • Be gifted with 300 points to start, once you have signed up.
  • Make a first purchase and enjoy 3% off for your future purchases, you can also redeem your points for more savings too!
  • Login daily and be rewarded with 1 point. 
  • Use the referral code and refer a friend to enjoy $5.00 off, while your friend gets to enjoy 5% off their first purchase.

What are the accepted payment modes
Any credit cards (except for Amercian Express), paynow and shopback pay.
How will I know if my order is submitted?

Once your order has been submitted, you should receive a confirmation via email.

Following that, our customer service personnel will contact you (within 24hrs) via Whatsapp to confirm & allocate a delivery day and time for your purchase.

Orders FAQs

What happens to orders placed outside of regular business hours?

We will contact you on the  following business day to confirm your order with payment instructions. When in doubt, feel free to contact us via whatsapp at 8222 4313. 
For orders made during public holidays, when will I receive a confirmation?
A whatsapp message will be sent to you on the following business day to confirm your order with payment instructions. 

We prefer Shopback pay.
I want to purchase the product as a gift, is there any gift wrap services?

We do provide gift wrap services with a gift card at no additional cost with a minimum spend of $120.00, please remember to indicate in your order form.

When confirming your order, our customer service personnel will assist with your request. 

Is there a delivery charge? 
Delivery is complimentary with a minimum spend of $50.00 to one location only within main land Singapore. 
  • For delivery to Sentosa and Tuas, a flat delivery fee of $15.00 is applicable to one location (regardless of amount spent).
  • The delivery fee is non-negotiable as we are ensuring fair payouts to our logistics partners for their effort(s).
  • Should there be a change in delivery location once the order has been dispatched, a fee of $20.00 will be applicable as the driver will need to re-route.
So, please do check the delivery address before submitting your order. ;)

I have placed a order that is $100.00, can I opt for 2 delivery locations?

We would advise to split the orders to 1 order per location to better facilitate the delivery of your goodies.
