- Dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles)
- Spinach (blanched)
- Carrot (julienned)
- Red bell pepper (julienned)
- Shiitake mushrooms (or use some from Dish 1)
- Firm tofu strips (or baked tofu)
- Soy sauce,

- Brown sugar
- Toasted sesame seeds
