How did it start?
"Clean Eating made easy" was our motto when we first started with the Shiitake Essence in 2012, as we gain the expertise and knowledge in fresh produce and Minimally Processed Plant Based Foods (MPPBF).
In addition to Yu Taie's signature products, the team made the decision to expand the varieties to include like-minded brands (SG preferred), creating a one-stop shop for clean eating, easy for consumers, more channels for fellow brand partners.
Selection process
As what Steve Jobs said, "It takes a lot of work to make something simple."
The selection process ain't a breeze, our brand partners (food and drinks) had to satisfy a list of criteria, from the source, processing methods, ingredients to the taste experience, every part is of consideration to us, it could take up to 6 months to approve a brand.

Yu Taie understands and works closely with our brand partners to share inspiring stories, reaching out to the community to enable appreciation of the good efforts, inspiring many to take on a mindful diet for a healthier self.
Today, we are blessed to partner with innovative and inspiring SG brands (and more), sharing our expertise and marketing channel(s), learning and helping with each other, growing together to provide more options for clean eating.
